Features
🔍
Fine-Grain Filtering
Stack filters across genre, year range, IMDb rating, vote count, language, country,
certificate rating, and plot keywords. Include or exclude any value with a single click.
Example: French or Italian crime films from 1970–1995 with IMDb ≥ 7.5 and ≥ 5 000 votes
Example: Recent sci-fi releases (2020–2024) excluding animation and horror
🤖
AI Recommendations
BullseyeFlix learns from every reaction you log. Its model identifies the genres,
directors, tones, and keywords you respond to and surfaces titles you've never seen
that closely match your profile.
Example: Loved Parasite and Oldboy? Get ranked suggestions across the full Korean thriller catalogue
📑
Saved Filters & Alerts
Save any filter combination under a name. One click applies your entire search setup.
Enable email alerts and BullseyeFlix notifies you when new titles match your saved criteria.
Example: "New Anime" preset — alerts every time an anime film above 7.0 is added to the database

Reaction Tracking
Log your reaction to every film — Love, Like, OK, Dislike, or Hate. Reactions feed the
AI model and let you filter by movies you haven't reacted to yet (the "Unwatched" preset).
📋
Personal Watchlist Queue
Add any title to your queue from the movie card. Your queue persists across sessions
and syncs across devices. Filter the main view to show only your queued titles.
🔗
Watch Link Finder
The Watch button searches configured streaming providers and free-to-watch sources
to find where you can stream a specific film right now, then opens the link directly.
Pro tip: Configure your preferred providers in Settings → Watch Providers to prioritise services you already subscribe to
💡
Keyword-Based Discovery
Browse or search by IMDb plot keywords — "time travel", "heist", "post-apocalyptic",
"based on true story" — to find films by theme rather than genre label.
Example: All "unreliable narrator" psychological thrillers rated ≥ 7.8

Is BullseyeFlix free to use?
BullseyeFlix offers a free tier with full access to movie discovery, advanced
filtering, and trailer previews. Premium features — AI recommendations, saved filter email alerts,
and the watch-link finder — require a Pro account.
How do I find movies by genre?
Open the Genre filter in the main search panel and select one or more genres.
You can include genres you want (e.g. Thriller, Crime) and simultaneously exclude genres you want
to avoid (e.g. Horror, Romance). Combine genre filtering with rating, year range, and keyword
filters for highly precise results.
Can I save my search filters?
Yes. After configuring any set of filters, click Save Filter to store
that combination under a custom name. Saved filters appear in your filter bar for one-click reuse.
You can also set up email alerts so BullseyeFlix notifies you whenever new movies match a saved filter.
How does the AI recommendation feature work?
BullseyeFlix's AI analyses the reactions you've logged (love, like, ok, dislike,
hate), the genres and keywords present in movies you've rated positively, and your saved filter
history. It then surfaces a ranked list of films you haven't seen that closely match your
established taste profile.
How do I find where to watch a movie for free?
Click the Watch button on any movie card or in the movie detail panel.
BullseyeFlix searches configured watch providers and streaming sources to find currently available
free or paid streams for that title, then opens the link directly.
Can I filter movies by language or country?
Yes. BullseyeFlix supports filtering by original language (e.g. French, Japanese,
Korean, Spanish) and production country. This makes it easy to discover foreign-language cinema,
regional indie films, or productions from specific countries.
What movie data does BullseyeFlix use?
BullseyeFlix is powered by IMDb data including titles, release years, genres,
ratings, vote counts, plot summaries, cast, directors, keywords, and certificate ratings —
covering feature films, TV movies, and select series across all decades and languages.
