Montana smokejumper-turned-CIA paramilitary officer Jerry Daniels supported a clandestine Hmong army during America's Secret War in Laos and then, when the battles were over, dedicated himself to helping tens of thousands of his former allies escape persecution and find freedom in the United States. The documentary includes CIA accounts declassified in 2025, as well as newly discovered photographs and films.
