During the January 2026 protests in Iran, at least 36,500 people were killed by the Islamic Republic. This documentary contains heartbreaking and moving images and accounts of the use of lethal force by the Islamic Republic's security forces, including the Revolutionary Guard Corps, Basij forces, and foreign mercenaries (Afghan, Iraqi, Lebanese, and Palestinian) against injured protesters in hospitals, brutal raids on medical facilities, and the home and secret treatment of the injured for fear of arrest. Many doctors, nurses, and medical staff remained true to their oath (the Hippocratic Oath) in the days following January 8 and 9, 2026, and rushed to help the masses of injured and injured protesters when hospitals became unsafe and dangerous.
