Nur, disillusioned by political repression and personal loss, returns from abroad to a country that feels increasingly hollow. His younger brother Mukto, an idealistic activist, believes change must come from within and dedicates himself to political struggle. While Nur longs to escape, Mukto chooses to stay and fight. Mukto documents stories of ordinary people suffering under authoritarianism. As state violence escalates, activists disappear and protests are crushed. Nur repeatedly urges Mukto to leave, but ideology and duty divide the brothers. Their bond weakens as danger grows.
