Wiley and his unusual side-kick Aynor travel cross country to see an old high school girlfriend, Pamela, after receiving an invitation to visit her in a "lost" email she wrote 10 years ago. Unknown to Wiley, she has remarried her ex-husband who, along with her mother Edna, have strong disdain for both Wiley and Aynor. During the visit Pamela's wedding bands disappear.
